Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Occasionally there may be delays due to postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
P&P for the UK: Is £4.00
for additional items when you add 2 items or more to your basket the maximum P&P for the UK: Is £5.00
P&P is Free when you spend over £40
Orders are posted with Royal Mail and Evri
International Shipping
For overseas shipping please email us for a quote.Please be aware your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. COBBLES is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@cobblesengraving.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
